AJMS Global has a robust program for hiring fresh graduates from the top ranking Universities in the region through our internship program called Graduate Development Program (GDP). The internship is offered for the duration of six months, extendable to another six months. The GDP incumbents undergo a rigorous on-the-job training on live clients and upon successful completion of the internship, we retain the outliers in terms of performance as Associates. The GDP hiring is a year round process and happens through signing of MOUs with the partnering universities.
